TAURUS Fitment Centre is a proudly South African, family-owned manufacturer and fitment specialist based in Benoni, Gauteng. We design and build high-quality aluminum canopies, field service bodies, toolboxes, and off-road accessories that deliver real-world durability for bakkies, 4x4s, and fleet vehicles across South Africa.

What started as a small workshop focused on solving the everyday challenges faced by contractors, miners, farmers, and adventurers has grown into a trusted name in the vehicle accessory industry. Our mission has always been simple: create products that don’t just look good — they work as hard as the people who use them.

Our Journey

We identified a gap in the market for lightweight yet extremely strong aluminum solutions that could withstand the harsh South African conditions — from dusty mining roads and rocky off-road trails to heavy daily fleet use. We chose aluminum because it offers the perfect balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced vehicle weight, which improves fuel efficiency and payload capacity.
